Item was defected but they did very well with the return. They also listed a tracking number that never moved so I was worried at first with such a big ticket item on the return I used the tracking number with the carriers system and was able to track the package to them. The tracking didnt work on ebay. Otherwise all went well

Item came as described, without box but with new accessories. Pack job was OK, item and accessories unscathed. Shipping took longer than expected, label was printed for two business days before handing to USPS. No response from seller. Given that they offer free returns and eBay offers buyer protection, I’d recommend this seller to anyone who isn’t in a rush to get their item(s) and will not need to contact the seller.

I had an excellent buying experience! The shipping was fast — My package arrived in 2-3 days. The boxing was well-padded and everything was individually wrapped. Also, although it was listed as "Open Box" my wheel & pedals were brand new! (The plastic was still covering the Logitech Logo) This also is the cheapest price you'll find on the market. I would 100% recommend this product and would definitely make future purchases from this seller.
